    The needle valves come equipped with standard features such as PTFE and GRAPHOIL packing available for all types , with a standard hole of 4 mm. The wetted parts meet NACE MR.0175/MR.0103 standards, ensuring compatibility in various applications. We perform shell tests and seat tightness tests according to API 598 and ASME B16.34, complying with a maximum nominal pressure of 1.5. Each valve body material is accompanied by a 3.1 certificate in accordance with EN 10 204. Please note that valves and manifolds are not supplied with plugs unless otherwise specified. In addition, we offer 10 mm orifice size upon request, O-ring packing for oxygen service, and PTFE packing that is cleaned and Degrease for optimal performance.
