- It works by the action of a float valve that opens the passage to the accumulation of condensates and transports them. Additionally, it incorporates a thermostatic element that
allows the automatic removal of air. - Materials carefully selected for their resistance to wear, temperature and corrosion.
- Constructive simplicity.
- Compact, robust. Reduced weight and size, which facilitates storage.
- Design conceived to select the appropriate trap for the capacities required in each case and avoid oversizing. Of the entire range of condensate traps, it is undoubtedly the most versatile and is as valid for small as for large flows.
- High and continuous condensate discharge capacity. Evacuates practically at steam temperature, which ensures maximum heat transfer.
- Precise in opening and closing, avoiding steam losses.
- Easy installation. All models are supplied as standard for horizontal mounting and flow through from left to right. Only by turning the trap 180º in the same plane can we invert the direction of the flow.
- In Mod.241, modifying the position of the body with respect to the cover allows us to adjust the trap for flow passage left-right, right-left or downward vertical.
- Characteristics plate that identifies the service and assembly conditions.
- Silent.
- They remain imperturbable to vibrations, water hammer, superheated steam, corrosive condensate, frost, etc..
- It is not affected by back pressures or condensate temperature variations.
- Treated, ground, lapped and burnished closing surfaces, thus achieving a degree of tightness, even higher than that required by EN 12266-1.
- All steam traps are rigorously tested and verified.
- Each one of the components is numbered, registered and controlled. If previously requested, the trap will be accompanied by certifications of materials, castings, tests and performance
