PTFE FLANGE GUARD WITH SIGHTGLASS AND INDICATOR TAG – KTN 13/T7
The PTFE flange guard with transparent sightglass and safety indicator tag is designed to prevent leaks and spray-outs at flanged joints. The integrated sightglass allows for quick visual inspection of the pipeline without removing the shield, simplifying maintenance.
Manufactured from PTFE with high chemical and thermal resistance, it withstands an operating range of -35ºC to +230ºC, making it suitable for systems carrying acids, alkalis, steam, and high-temperature liquids. The indicator tag with a pH patch provides immediate leak detection, turning red in contact with acidic media and green with alkaline substances.
This safety spray shield for flanges helps protect personnel, nearby equipment, and the environment from hazardous leaks. It is designed for quick and easy installation by a single person, with no special tools required.

- The splash guard at both ends is manufactured from Teflon-coated fabric for high temperatures.
