Description

CLAPPER CHECK VALVE WITH FORGED BODY AND AUTOCLAVE LID ACCORDING TO DIN/EN – KSB AKR / AKRS

The clapper check valve is manufactured according to DIN/EN standards, and is offered with flanged ends (AKR) or welded ends (AKRS). It incorporates an autoclave cover, internal shaft, and a forged and welded body. The contact surface between seat and disc is made of 17% chromium steel or wear- and corrosion-resistant stellite, making it suitable for demanding environments. Its main applications include conventional power plants, process engineering, boiler feed, and boiler recirculation. Technical specifications: nominal pressure PN 63, PN 100, PN 160; maximum nominal diameter DN 300; maximum allowable fluid temperature 550 °C.
