On/Off
Standard Open/Close, Power to Open, Power to Close. Holds position in case of power loss.
Available in Basic and Smart versions.
Failsafe / Modulating Failsafe
High Speed / Modulating High Speed
The actuator offers High-Speed Modulating control via 4-20mA, 0-10V, or 2-10V signals, with fast opening and closing. For example, the actuator can move from 4mA to 20mA in 1 second (available only in 10.20 and 50 series with DC motor). Fast opening and closing are standard features, with typical operating time being 50% faster than the standard run time. For the 10, 20, and 50Nm series, the response time is 1 second using a 24VDC motor.
Smart Menu
All our Smart actuators come with a SmartMenu featuring password-protected firmware. Once the password is entered, you can adjust parameters such as speed, working angle, failsafe position, 3-position setup, and much more.
Available only in the Smart version.
End of Travel Feedback
All our actuators provide feedback for opening and closing. The Basic models use mechanical switches, the Smart series employs electronic relays, and the modulating actuators have a modulation output (e.g., 4-20mA) instead of end-of-travel feedback.
Local Control
Through the SmartMenu, smart actuators enable manual operation via touch buttons on the screen. Password-protected, it offers electronic manual override, allowing easy opening and closing when power is available.
3 Positions
Through the SmartMenu, you can configure the actuator in 3 positions (open, close, and intermediate) or adjust it to 0-90-180 degrees for 3-way valves. This flexibility allows precise adaptation of the actuator to various applications, enhancing valve control in industrial environments.
