BUTTERFLY VALVE 2 OFFSETS AND SEAT EPDM – KTN 22.23
The KTN 22.23 is our butterfly valve with a double flange connection, epdm seat and two eccentricities for demanding applications . In this design, it provides a total seal thanks to the fact that the axis of rotation is far from the sealing area and therefore makes a complete closure between the seat of the body and the gasket. Thanks to the second eccentricity, the gasket is no longer in contact with the seat after a slight opening movement, in this way the pressure is released on the gasket and prevents wear of the seat. The EPDM seat has the WRAS certification for water intended for human consumption. The range is from DN 50 to DN 2200 , replacing the sleeve with a reducing handwheel from DN 250 , suitable for driving. Water, sewage, oil, food, gas …. Your pressure range: PN10 / 16 . The working temperature range covers -35ºC to + 130ºC .
