Description
COAXIAL VALVE 0 to 400 BAR – COAX A / KB / MCF / VMK / VFK
Our coaxial high pressure valves share all the technical advantages of their direct / external control counterparts. Thanks to a series of adaptations in their internal parts, they are perfectly prepared to operate from empty service up to 400 bars . They can have two or 3 connections and 2 switching positions. The ends can be threaded or flanged s and the nominal diameter ranges from 8 to 50mm.
The high pressure valves are available depending on the type with magnetic actuation or pneumatic / hydraulic actuation. The nominal diameter ranges from 2 to 50 mm. The amplitude of the flow factor (KV value) ranges from few liters to 43 m³ / h. Depending on the nominal diameter, the valves are available in sleeve, flange or special version.

In particular, the pneumatic actuation valves of the VK series have an excellent ratio between the high pressure range and the large quantity of flow thanks to their high switching power. Due to their unique coaxial construction, most of the VK series valves operate up to a control air pressure of 3 bar, while the air consumption per shaft is partially only 1/10 of the value of the products of well-known competitors. . By using coax valves the consumption of expensive compressor air is minimized . Therefore, these valves are very energy efficient . Thanks to their immense switching power, externally controlled valves can be optionally equipped with dirt scrapers. These are also suitable for the use of abrasive media in the high pressure range.
The user can set the desired switching times using the fine chokes on the pilot valves. It is possible to determine switching delays of up to three seconds when opening and closing. This can prevent hydraulic pressure shocks in piping systems.
This series is often used in gas filling stations and test benches, in hydraulic and compressor systems, as well as in washers with a maximum pressure of up to 400 bar . The KB 15 and KB 20 valve models have a particularity: they come without dynamic plastic seals, so they can also be used without problem in cryogenic technology (minimum temperature down to -196 ° C).

Valves can optionally be equipped, eg. For example, with alternative pilot valves, end switches, mounting brackets or different connectors such as M12x1 DESINA / VDMA or with special MWM connectors to reduce the current.
