Description
COAXIAL VALVES WITH CERTIFICATION GAS / FUEL / EXPLOSIONS – COAX
Our COAX certified valves have been tested with two or three connections and two switching positions. These are safety shut-off valves that are closed in the initial position. Depending on the type of examination, it is guaranteed that in the event of voltage drop, all valves close hermetically within one second and thus avoid, safely, the supply of fuel (safety valve). < / p>
DVGW type
AUTHORIZED VALVE FOR GASEOUS FUEL – COAX DVGW
The DVGW version includes valves that are only authorized for gaseous fuels according to DVGW G 260 (A) (only for gas burners). The nominal diameters of 15, 20 and 25 mm are available in the version with nickel and steel coating.
TÜV type
AUTHORIZED VALVE FOR LIQUID FUEL – COAX TÜV
In the TÜV version the valves are only authorized for liquid fuels according to DIN EN ISO 23553-1 (only for oil burners). The nominal diameters of 10, 15 and 25 mm are available in the galvanized steel version.
ATEX type
AUTHORIZED VALVE FOR GASES AND EXPLOSIVE DUST – COAX ATEX
ATEX valves consist of solenoid valves with direct control with two or three connections and two switching positions. These EX valves are permitted for ATEX category 2 zone 1 and can be used in all places where the calculations mostly involve explosive gases and powders, but not in mining. p>
ATEX valves are available in a nominal diameter of 10 to 50 mm . The pressure range is from vacuum pressure to a medium pressure of 500 bar . The technical details can be consulted in the technical sheets. The amplitude of the flow factor (KV value) ranges from a few liters to 28 m³ / h. The arrangement is made according to the application, delivered in a sleeve or flange version, but always with a junction box.
