Forged globe valves with needle type obturator, straight or angled body suitable for industrial instrumentation lines, mainly used with process fluids, high pressure steam and high temperature.
Produced and tested in Italy according to API, ANSI, ASME standards.
Forged steel globe valves are constructed with: external screw, bolted or welded cap, protruding stem, integral seats, NPT female threaded connections or SW welded pocket connections.
The valve body is made of A105/F6; other material versions are available upon request. Forged steel globe valves are handwheel operated.

Top bushing
The upper bushing provides optimum support and alignment of the valve stem, ensuring smoothness and efficiency during valve operation. Made of stainless steel to resist wear due to repeated valve stem movement.
Yoke

cable glands
Allows precise adjustment of packing compression to ensure a tight seal while allowing smooth operation of the valve stem.
Graphite packing
Graphite packing up to 600ºC operating temperature, with self-lubricating properties that reduce friction and heat generation during operation. Provides optimum sealing properties and chemical compatibility to improve efficiency over time.
Stem
Wedge and shank connected by integral thread offering higher safety factor, easy maintenance and precise adjustment due to its simple design.
Body
Body manufactured in F316L and other special materials upon request, with integral seats and pressure ratings ranging from 800 to 4500 (up to 1/2″ SW-BW). It offers several benefits such as strength and durability due to the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of F316L. Integral seats ensure seal between valve body and plug, minimizing the risk of leakage. Wetted parts according to NACE MR.0175/MR.0103, Standard NPT, Butt weld and Socked weld connections.
Certificate and test
Casing and seat tightness tests are performed according to API 598 and ASME B16.34 (1.5 of max.
nominal pressure). Certificate 3.1 according to EN 10 204 in Valve body material.
