Principle of operation
THERMOSTAT WITH CAPILLARY AND COPPER BULB – GEORGIN SERIES U
The instruments of this series are equipped with a arm mechanism 1 that allows the device to withstand impacts or vibrations without drifting set point. As the load created by sensor element 2 is directly opposite to the load of spring 3 , this arm does not suffer any force that allows a linearity of measurement and dead band (patent No. 86.08.498). The set point is selected through the external screw 4 while the dead band 5 is adjusted from the inside.
