Gate valves

The gate or guillotine valves have a blade inside that is responsible for “cutting off” the passage of the fluid. This type of valve allows the passage of fluid through its circular section. Once it is determined that the fluid does not need to continue passing, the blade slides downward so that the flow is stopped. This type of valve is characterized by being able to be installed in any direction of the pipe and by working at high pressures and with liquids containing a maximum of 5% of suspended solids.
