Description
VALVE FOR EASY ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY – COAX PCD / PCS
The external control cartridge valves. Cartridge valves are fixed with three screws in the valve body. When installed in the pipeline system, the system offers the advantage that the cartridge valve is changed in a few minutes if necessary .

It is not necessary to laboriously disassemble the entire body of the valve from the pipeline with a large wrench; just loosen the three screws. Another advantage is the constant small diameter of the valve , even at high system pressures. To be able to partially switch huge pressures up to 180 bar , pneumatic valve actuators with one, two and three cylinders are available. The actuators have small diameters and are arranged in a tandem one after the other. In many cases the narrow tandem arrangement is the best solution, rather than placing them on a single actuator with a large diameter. This way, these valves can also be mounted next to each other, saving space in very small places.
For highly contaminated or viscous media a version with hose seal is available.
With a fine choke on the pilot valve the user can adjust the switching times according to his needs . It is possible to determine switching delays of up to three seconds when opening and closing. This can prevent hydraulic switching shocks in pipeline systems.
Cartridge valves are available in a nominal diameter of 10 to 15 mm . Depending on the pressure difference, actuators with one, two or three pistons are required. The pressure diagram on the technical sheets is very important for the correct arrangement. The valve arrangement is made according to the application and in close collaboration with the customer.
