Description

GATE VALVE FOR HIGH-PRESSURE CHEMICAL AND INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS – KSB STAAL 100 AKD

Gate valve according to DIN/EN, available with flanges (AKD) or welding ends (AKDS). Features a bonnet flange, forged or welded body, and non-rotating stem. Movable wedge discs ensure optimal adaptation to the seats. The seat/shutter contact surfaces are made of 17% chromium steel or stellite, ensuring wear and corrosion resistance.

Main applications: chemical industry, boiler feed and recirculation, and condensate pumping.

Technical data: hydraulic system nominal pressure of PN 63 and PN 100, maximum nominal diameter of DN 600, and maximum permissible fluid temperature of 530 °C.
