Sanitary valves
Sanitary valves are ideal in the food and pharmaceutical industries as they meet the highest quality standards and offer great precision. The body of the sanitary valves is made of stainless steel and the gaskets that seal the valves inside are made of Silicone, EPDM, or Viton, the materials that follow the regulations set by the FDA. The favorite connection is clamp-type clamps with a “quick release” system since pharmaceutical facilities require continuous cleaning and sterilization processes in order not to adulterate the product or endanger plant operators.
Our entire line of health products are focused on reinforcing that requirement. Our valves, dispensers and crushers are light and can be handled by a single operator; The mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel alloys prevent particles from depositing in the interceptors (rotors, blades and butterflies), finally the clamp connections facilitate and speed up maintenance tasks, improving performance and production in the plant.
