Manufactured according to API 6D / ISO 14313 and standard design, with side inlet, Trunnion ball valves are commonly used in the chemical and petrochemical industry, gas and oil production, energy industry, industrial process applications.

TEMPERATURE

The pressure-temperature ranges in ball valves with soft seats are determined not only by body materials but also essentially by seats, lugs, safety rings and gaskets. The sealing material can be of high molecular weight or rubber, but the choice is limited by the characteristics of the service, temperature, pressure, fluid velocity and operating frequency of the valve. Given the difficulty in determining in advance the exact pressure-temperature range for all types of fluids in all imaginable conditions, we have prepared a general picture for the service of fluid of constant continuity, based on our experiences both in the same facilities, As in our laboratory. A factor to take into account is the need for frequent maintenance, under anticipated working conditions at high temperature.
