Description

WAFER TYPE BUTTERFLY VALVE SEAT EPDM – VAMEIN 100

Our design, up to DN-500 mm (20 “) incorporates four centering lugs that allow correct alignment and quick installation between flanges. From DN-600 mm (24 “) , in addition to the centering lugs, they incorporate threaded holes on both sides of the body , their dimensions being consistent with the required drilling standards.

Being a model made for mounting between flanges, the mechanical stresses of the pipe are transmitted to the valve only by compression on the body and therefore lacks of mechanical tensile stresses, which could cause sealing problems. Take into account that from DN-600 mm (24 “) the bodies have four threaded holes for each face .

Technical features

WAFER TYPE BUTTERFLY VALVE SEAT EPDM – VAMEIN 100

Range:

DN 50-1200 mm

Mounting between flanges:

From DN-50 (2 “) to DN-300 (12”) multi-flange system, which allows indistinctly with a single valve model, mounting between PN-6, PN-10, PN-16, ASME B flanges 16.5 125/150 Lbs, and BS 10 OF. From DN-350 (14 “) it admits mounting between flanges according to PN-10, PN-16, ASME B 16.5 150 Lbs or ASME B 16.47 SERIES-A 150 Lbs, BS, AWWA. (Other standards consult).

Standard working pressure:

16 bar (DN 50-300) and 10 bar (DN 350-2000). For higher working pressures, consult our Technical Department.

Working temperature range:

– 40ºC to + 180ºC (depending on elastomers and coatings).
