DOUBLE VALVE

The Double Valve is a dosing service valve composed by two intercepting elements. The outer butterfly enables rough dosing of powder while the inner smaller rotor carries out fine and accurate dosing. The maximum accuracy this valve can reach is +/- 20 grams, this valve can also be connect to dosing and weighing systems. The Double Valve can be supplied with a sealing gasket between the vane and the rotor (see Double Valve Gasket). This solution allows the valve to work in applications with pressure up to 0,5 bar. The overall dimensions of the valve remain the same.
