ACTUATOR WITH EFFICIENT, ROBUST AND SILENT DESIGN – KTN RDE

TheKTN RDE is our double-acting pneumatic actuator, its design has been updated in accordance with the latest international regulations: ISO5211, DIN3337 , VD/VDE3845 and NAMUR. All action surfaces feature high quality gears, resulting in low friction, long life and minimum noise strong>. The two stroke limiting devices can be easily and precisely adjusted to ± 5º open or closed. The double and single acting models have the same external structure, which facilitates the installation of accessories. Provided with NAMUR standard multifunction position indicator. The pre-compressed spring is convenient for safe mounting and dismounting procedures. Pistons and end caps are made of high-density, lightweight cast aluminum. Different sealing materials are available for high and low temperature. We can offer various rotations (eg 120º 135º 180º) and three position actuators on request

Indicator

The NAMUR standard indicator is convenient for mounting accessories such as limit switch box, positioner, etc.

Actuator axis:

Nickel plated alloy steel and high precision shaft conform to NAMUR, ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards. Dimensions and stainless steel can be customized.

Actuator body:

The ASTM6005 extruded aluminum alloy body can be hard anodized, painted with polyester powder (different colors such as blue, orange, yellow, etc. are available), PTFE or nickel plated.

End caps:

The die-cast aluminum polyester powder can be painted in different colors, PTFE-coated or nickel-plated.

Pistons:

Double rack pistons are made of die-cast aluminum treated with hard anodizing or made of cast steel with galvanizing. Symmetrical mounting position, long life and fast operation, reversing the rotation simply by reversing the pistons

Stroke adjustment:

The two independent external stroke adjustment bolts can adjust ± in the opening and closing directions easily and precisely.

High performance springs:

Preloaded liner springs are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant and long-lasting material, which can be safely and conveniently disassembled to meet different torque requirements by changing the number of springs.
