Description

SINGLE/DOUBLE ACTING ACTUATOR – PRISMA PAWS/PAW

Our PRISMA actuators with aluminum body make a turn of 0º-90º or 0º-180º in order to automate valves with guided or floating ball and butterfly. We have a wide range of double and single acting models with torques from 17Nm to 5,000Nm at 6 bar.

The actuator can be actuated with air, water or non-aggressive fluid with a limit of 8 bars of pressure. It supports temperatures from -32ºC to +90ºC, and can reach a range of -50ºC to 90ºC on special request.

The aluminum body has an internal and external coating of Cataphoresis + Rilsan ®, materials resistant to oxidation and free of silicone that provide a double resistance to corrosion that, through an electrochemical process, generate a uniform layer of 20µ epoxy resin, in addition, the 250µ Rilsan ® polyamide offers excellent resistance to corrosion, wear and impact. Said treatment offers a resistance in the Salt Fog Chamber of B-117-73 > 1000h.

Our PRISMA actuators have a safety system of springs that facilitates the handling and assembly of the actuator . All elements are protected against corrosion.

Designed forall types of applications, preferably in the Chemical, Nuclear, Electronic, Automotive, Food, Pharmaceutical Industries and other sectors such as Iron and Steel, Cogeneration Plants, Water Treatment, Petrochemicals, Off Plants -Shore, etc.

  • Compliance with International Standards: ISO, DIN, NAMUR, VDI/VDE, ATEX, CE, DNV, PCT, SIL2.
  • Air supply connection according to NAMUR standard to facilitate the assembly of the solenoid valve.
  • Mounting accessories according to VDI/VDE 3845 Standard.
  • Completely built in accordance with ISO-5211 and DIN-3337 standards to facilitate the assembly of the actuator to the valve.
  • The Pneumatic Actuators comply with the requirements applicable to Directives DEP 97-23-CE and ATEX 94-9-CE.
  • ATEX EXII2GDT6 certification.
